Silver Surfers is a friendly group of over 55s who meet each Thursday afternoon in school termtime to learn how to make best use of their laptops, ipads, smart phones and other technology.

Silver Surfers is part of our Church2Community project. 

What can I achieve at Silver Surfers?

Anyone who has experienced problems with their technology during the week can bring their problems for the group to discuss. Together we have explored: digital photography, computer file structures, using Google Earth to spy out prospective holiday destinations, online fraud and email attachments.

Hands-on experience is provided as is tea, coffee and cake!
